Hi I'm Kyle. I'm gonna be reviewing my '96 Firebird Formula today. The good thing about this car is that it's really fast and it's a lot of fun to drive but it can get you into trouble because with so much power comes responsibility like speeding. You'll get tickets trust me. I haven't yet but I'm going to I imagine. One problem with Pontiacs is that the systems they mess up a lot and the deck the volume knob when you try to turn it up or down it usually does the opposite and so you have to squeeze the knob really hard to do anything with it. The air conditioning in this car works really well. On a hot summer day since it is a black car it's really hot but the air conditioning is nice and you got the T-top so you can take it off if it's on a summer day and it's not that hot then it just feels it's a good time. It's got a center console. My car personally is an automatic and you can do the drive 1 2 3 if you want coz I do that more for fun. This particular car it's got a 5.7L V8. Most Firebirds they come with V6s but if you get the Formula you're gonna get a V8. Another thing I really like about this car is that they have bucket seats. The backseats they don't have a lot of leg room but you can slide the seats in the front. But the front seats they have pretty good leg room I think. All right now we're gonna go back and take a look at the trunk. All right I want you to come on over and take a look. The tops have little slots where they sit down and to hold them securely. They move a little bit but they're not gonna move and lead to any damage that's gonna happen. Now in Firebirds there's not a whole lot of trunk space especially when the tops are in the trunk there's nowhere to put anything. But if you have the tops on the car you can fit a nice duffel bag down into the little open area where the T-tops usually go. You also have a little compartment over here for storing stuff. Usually that's where I keep my safety like my emergency road equipment. But GM also makes a box where you can have a ten-inch sub that fits in there with the box that fits it perfectly. This car has three different sets of speakers. It's got these in the back and it's got two regular speakers in the front and then by the backseat there's two small subs so Pontiac systems are usually pretty decent. The only problem with this year is that the subs on the backseat they blow out really easy so GM actually made a new sub that has a new technology that will not blow out very easy. This is the car. It's in pretty nice condition I think. The other day someone actually ran into my back the back right of the car so there's a little bit of damage that you'll see. But I'm getting it fixed soon hopefully. But overall it's just a really fun car to drive and I suggest this car to anybody who wants to go fast or do anything stupid if you know what I mean.
