Hello everybody this is Trip and I am reviewing today a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT as you can see here. This one is the six cylinder version. As you can see it comes with a keypad here so that you can lock your keys in your car or if you forget your keys you can type in the code. But look at the inside here (and it's got a jacket in the seat we'll move that out of the way). Basically this is a tan interior like you can see here. It's got rear seats behind (with stuff on it; I think we got some Christmas presents in here also probably). But this one has cruise control which the controls are here in the steering wheel. It's got a CD player. Again it's got a six cylinder motor in it which is plenty of pick up that you can get in a V8. But it's really hell and probably unnecessary for a Ford Explorer. But it's got more hand; it's got power locks power windows things like that. This one does have the thing where some newer Fords do work a beep test when you're not wearing a seatbelt which is kind of annoying because you don't have to be in drive. You could be sitting there in park waiting and have your seatbelt off and it will sit there and beep every minute at you and it's a really loud annoying beep. That's probably one down side but you can turn that off. It involves a weird sequence of shutting the door twice and turning it on and off and hitting the brake three times or some weird thing like that which to my Ford Ranger I did do because it was just so annoying. Again this has been a review of the 2005 Ford Explorer XLT and I would recommend it. It's a good car. I think it's one of the most popular cars ever sold so that speaks of its quality. I would definitely recommend purchasing one if you're looking at it. Thanks.
