My name is Richard and this is A S Royal Sovereign Water Heater and Cooler. I got it for about $110 at sale price and I feel this is the worst purchase I have ever made. Let me show you a few features. It is a water heater and cooler. It's real easy to install. It is pretty heavy, so you have to find a good place to put it. And you just plug it in and turn the green and red buttons on and your heaters and coolers are activated. It also has a mini fridge at the bottom and I can stick my little power drinks, sports drinks inside, and it cools the drinks in like 30 to 40 minutes, so it's really good, depending on the settings of course. And if you want the hot water you press this button obviously, and the cold water from here. Now the reason why I hate it is because every time I poured water in here, I actually have to use this huge container, and it is pretty heavy to put on there as it is kind of easy to spill the water out and -- yeah, that is one bad thing about it. And the second bad thing is, whenever I've got the water coming from these dispensers, the water tasted horrible. For some reason I think it added like a sort of flavor, sort of spice, some little minerals inside and had this horrible taste after it. And we called the company and they -- told me that's how it's supposed to be. And we're trying to find somebody to buy this, that's how it is right now. -- Another bad thing is, after we pour the water, -- somehow water got down there. It's not from my spills; it's from the water inside. It dripped down in here, and it rusted all the components down here and that makes it look ugly and I don't know, it could be dangerous I guess.
