Hi, my name is John and today I am going to be reviewing the ATH-M30 by Audio Technica. They are a pair of entry level monitoring headphones. They are extremely well priced, and often, in my opinion, when I went and looked into purchasing a pair of monitoring headphones, -- eh -- this pair -- eh -- consistently sounded better than a $100 and $200 pairs of headphones. Ah -- they kept in mind the user and itâs ready for long hours of use. The -- eh -- headband is extremely padded, and itâs not too hard, and the monitor -- the band is extremely expandable on both sides. They also have the cord only coming out of the left side, which helps for not getting the cord in your way if you are doing work, or even if you are just doing homework or watching movie or whatever it is. Eh -- for monitoring purposes, each earphone can be turned out, so that you can listen to only one side, the left or right track. While listening, -- eh -- the padding around the ears is extremely well, and it gets extremely well, extremely well -- eh -- insulation. Ah -- they kept a lot of other things in mind. The cord is 10 feet long so itâs long enough to make sure you are not pulling on it. Its -- you know can be used in the studio, but itâs not too long to be, not be used for regular headphones for pleasure. Other, the 8 inch jack comes with a quarter inch extension, both are gold plaited and its spring loaded so its going to last you a lot longer than a lot of other head phones. The neodymium drivers in here are 45 or 40 mm neodymium drivers. They give extremely good bass -- eh -- better than most other headphones in the price range or even in the price range above them. Overall I rate them 5 out of 5 stars and Iâd recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pair of monitoring headphones or even headphones they get in general -- eh -- for just listening to music in your computer or any other need. Again itâs the ATH-M30 by Audio Technica.
