    Transcript of Video Review

What's up? My name is Terence Barber and this is my review of the Ab Lounge Ultra 2. We got to go to the external cam for this one so hopefully you will here we go. So basically we're doing the Ab Lounge in the external cam. And I don't know if you can see that but you gotta flick controls. You basically just grab it here and you can't use your abs in this so it takes out the whole point of the exercise. So it's just to hold on because without them it's really hard for your to come up. But anyway they tell you to do it a full range of ways like this and basically it takes a lot of reps until you start feeling it in your abdominals and it's a good build. I mean it's actually really sturdy. You can also collapse it. You just gotta put it like that and undo the thing in the back and it'll fold right up into it. It just really the place you put it under anyway and now we can go back to the [indiscernible] [1:09] So anyway with the whole Ab Lounge Ultra 2 crunches are definitely a lot more effective so I wouldn't really waste your money. If you're into the whole like [indiscernible] [1:19] about it but crunches definitely are gonna be better. Thank you.

You can eat more potato chips if you do your crunches! Well, actually, this Ab Lounge Ultra's "Jackknife" exercise delivers a better abdominal workout than simple bent-knee crunches! Unlike crunches, it supports your body, especially your head, neck and back, throughout the exercise. It effectively works your muscles in the upper and lower abdominals, and obliques (the "love handles" area). And because you're up off the floor, your muscles have a total range of motion for better results. The new Ultra model has a top Focus Strap along with padded handles, for varied hand positions.
