Hi I'm Jennifer and today I'd like to talk to you about my yoga mat. It's the Aeromat -- it's the name brand. You kind of see this is what it looks like folded up and I purchased this at Dick's Sporting Goods for about $13.00. Folded up it's two feet long and it's very economical price wise. Even though it's thin it offers a lot of cushioning. This kind of gives you an idea of the texture of the mat. It reminds me of that material that you buy to put in a kitchen drawer or that you use to open a can with or a jar -- that grip type stuff. This is the mat completely spread out. It winds up being six feet long and two feet wide which is plenty of room considering you're gonna be squished up on it most of the time and this is a little problem that I encountered. If you roll it up the same way every time the mat's gonna develop this kind of curl to it and unless you keep rolling it different ways that's what you wind up with. I use it for Pilates actually instead of yoga and it works just the same. It provides good cushioning for my hardwood floor so overall I'd say this is a good value if you're not super serious about yoga. If you're more serious about it you might want to invest in a more expensive better quality yoga mat. But for the Pilates and little bit of yoga that I do it's well worth it.
