This is Alien Hominid for Playstation 2. Alien Hominid is a game that was originally like a flash game. It is basically a side-throwing shooter. Similar kind of to Metal Slug I guess and Alien Hominid is kind of a corky little game. It is very simple and kind of fun to play. The controls are very simple. You have your gun. You can jump and you can use like a bomb. You get a few power ups that change your abilities a little bit but nothing too major. The gameplay doesn't look very smooth at all which is kinda of a con considering how the game was originally very very budgeted and actually came out with a release. However it is kinda fun to play. So the graphics looks very cartoonish but not anything too great like very hand drawn. (Game being shown) The game is -- well it is alright I guess but nothing that great nothing really worth buying. If you are looking for a good side-throwing shooter I'd probably recommend Metal Slug Anthology or maybe Mega Man X collection if that's the kind of game you are looking for but Alien Hominid isn't the greatest game ever.
