Hi I'm John and I'm here to review Alli the diet and weight loss pill. It works basically on the function that it eliminates some of the fat that you ingest through your body without digesting it. If you look at the directions it tells you to take one capsule with each meal that you have a large fat intake. Also it tells you take a multivitamin once a day normally at night because your body will eliminate some of the vitamins that are fat soluble vitamins because you're not ingesting that fat. The actual vitamins are contained in the fat. Just want to give you a picture kind of give you an idea of what I look like maybe a year or so ago. Not completely with Alli but it did help. It was very helpful in weight loss. This is a 150 bottles. It's like a bonus size that you get from Sam's. It runs approximately $68.00 and you get smaller more affordable sizes. Some between 60 90 and 120 tablets. I know it works for me so I make sure I went ahead and bought the value size. And that's Alli. And I'm John. I'm reviewing that for you today.
