Hi this is Dan with my review of the Altus Weight System. This is the cool system that can double as both an Ankle System and also Arm System. The cool thing about this is that they actually have free weights that are actually sand bags. Let me take a couple of this up for you and show you that they're basically minel case sand bags that at couple of ounces weight to each of this. Let us (inaudible) (0:00:30.1) we will skip that one. But little has static sleeves and each sleeve has five slots. Can carry this I think a couple ounce of sand bags so that you can vary your weight of your attachment here anywhere from 1 to 2 1 If you are like me and I just wanna run and tread milling. Get some more upper body resistance and workout you can go ahead and strap this on to your arm like so and it sticks pretty well. If you want bad weight you know let fit basically. Just load this up. Stop to on and that was pretty good to add to your workout burns more calories. The best thing about this is it is water proof. You can wash the outside. Take out the sand casings before you know what those seems burst to go and yet. And it is pretty handy both whole part reusable and relatively cheap. I believe set of this for less than 20 bucks. So you will pick up a set of this wherever sporting goods are sold. The only other comfortable model I have seen is a little smaller. It has basically a bracelet of this weight inserts and I count that to be a little more chunkier looking than something flatter and something that straps closer to the body as this one. So I recommend again the Altus made in the USA free weight straps. So this is then my review of the...
