I was using a Bluetooth Wirelss optical mouse, but got tired of switching out the batteries every other day. On top of that, it was heavy (from having batteries in it). So I bought the USB wired Mighty Mouse from Apple. It's light weight and ergonomic, saving time and hand strain. There's a description and demonstration of what the Mighty Mouse can do in the video.
