It actually can be used for any equipment that can use headphones that uses three and a half millimeters jack. So they're just the standard pair of headphones which is a very good point so they're very useful. Some people forget that but yes headphones are just normal headphones. Anything with three and a half millimeter jack yes you can use this. Personally I'm the world's biggest fan of iPod headphones and they're white which is okay. It goes with the whole iPod design but to me they're just not that comfortable and these slip into your ear just like normal -- but for me I find them quite painful to use for a long period of time. I prefer my Sony's that I have instead but these are okay. They are not so expensive and yes they have a little thing on here so it says "R" and "L" so that's just basically means which ear it goes in. So this is your right ear and the other one is your left ear quite self-explanatory. So is that okay? But personally I would suggest other ones which are more comfortable.
