Hi I'm Ellen and this is a review of a product made by the Evida Company and it's called Brilliant. And it builds itself as an emollient finishing gloss. This little bottle contains two point five ounces and it's pretty expensive. It cost over ten dollars for just this little two point five ounce package. And it is a product that you are supposed to apply to your hair after you've washed and dried it and styled it as you like and it's supposed to create a de-frizzing effect which is to keep your hair smooth and manageable. I don't like this product very much at all even though it's by a very good company. And it's expensive which are two things you would probably expect to find something a good product for but I really don't like it. The main reason and this may not be a good reason but it's my reason it's the smell. It has an extremely bitter acrid kind of smell. And basically I want something -- if I'm gonna put it in my hair I want something that gonna smell good not something that's gonna have to say huh what is that. Also it doesn't do the job very well. It does suddenly smooth your hair but it doesn't do a lot to reduce frizz or to define curls and that's its main purpose so I feel that it pretty much fails in that respect as well. So I pretty much found this product to be a big disappointment especially for the price and especially concerning the company that it's made by. So once again this is Aveda's Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss and this is the two point five ounce size and it cost over ten dollars and I didn't like it at all. So that's my opinion. Thank you.
