You want cost effective you can buy it at Walmart Longs Target anywhere yeah practically anywhere. Yeah practically anywhere I cant think of a place that wouldn't sell this. Distributed by Johnson and Johnson is dermatologist recommended and very cost effective not that cheap as other name brand lotions was so if you just want a cheap lotion that does the same job maybe even better I highly recommend you getting this one.
