Here we got Azumanga Daioh the fourth volume. This particular one has five episodes entitled Sportsfest 2nd year Culture Fest 2nd year End of 2nd Semester and Christmas Koyomi's Ordeals and One Spring Night. You know getting into this they really get to the flow of it and so now you almost view engaged and involved in the characters' lives so seeing them in their second year is really something to behold something very interesting you know what they're going to do you know their personalities you know if they're acting out of character and if they do and when they do it's hilarious and if they decide not to well you're cool with that too because you've fallen in love with them. In this particular DVD there is a profile on Koyomi which is the girl in the glasses pictured right here and here it says Yomi is a smart studious girl of the bunch. In many ways she is both the most mature and the most normal she practically grew up __________ and has one of those friendships she just can't get away from and that Tomo is always getting on her nerves. Yomi's one other pet peeve is her weight and she is constantly unsuccessfully trying various types in attempt to slim down. She is not really that big in the first place but I mean as in any culture diets are always a problem it's just that maybe in America the battle of the bulge is somewhere between a person weighing 100 pounds overweight as opposed maybe in Japan where it's 20 or 30 in general. In fact when I had taught there in a class of 300 kids there would actually be only like 1 or 2 overweight as opposed to America where almost the entire student body would be somewhat overweight and I don't know. Anyway this is one of the differences Azumanga Daioh definitely pick it up I suggest getting the entire set because you just can't have one okay? so
