Hi Expo Jane here reviewing Barbie Rapunzel. It's a really cute movie for my whole family even my son likes it a lot. It's starring the voice of Anjelica Huston and it is the story of Barbie who is an artist and she is her studio one day and she is talking to her little niece and she ask the her to tell a story and she tells the story of Rapunzel with the span of you know Barbies own artistic rendition of it. And in this story Barbie goes. It's the story of Rapunzel Barbie who stocked in it castle and her friend Hugo who is a dragon. And she stocked here and she feels that she has all this dreams and all this inspirations and she wants to get out of the kingdom and she finds that with her magic paint bursh. She is able to get out of the kingdom and go and save the kingdom and at the same time meet the handsome prince Stefan. My kids love this movie. They always wanna watch it. We have a DVD player in out car and I can actually caught part of this movie my kids have watch it so much with a little power in it. Lasting love true and I always think of this whenever this is on. It's cute. It's awesome. This have some scaring moments of kind of like suspenseful moments but not scary that you know you'll be too frightened to watch it as you wish strap in a car sit. So I give it my endorsement. It's starring in a fairy adventure Barbie Rapunzel and its rated G. It's for everybody. So give it a try. It's cute. Thanks a lot. Bye.

Summary

Barbie as Rapunzel will thrill children aged 3 to 8, following the success of Barbie in the Nutcracker . Barbie may have started life as a doll in the 1950s, but these days she's also making her name as a computer-animated film star. In a modern twist on the classic fairy tale, Barbie stars as Rapunzel--a courageous and imaginative princess who is locked away in a tower by the evil witch Gothel. With help from her friends (Penelope the cute purple dragon and Hobie the rabbit) and through the power of her own creative energies, she paints her way out of the tower to find freedom, truth, and love. Anjelica Huston is memorable as the vocal talent behind the unbalanced and scary Gothel, and excellent sound effects and colors greatly enhance the film. Hugo the mighty dragon, Otto the nasty ferret, and the sword fight between the feuding kings will hold the attention of those brothers of Barbie fans who are less than enthusiastic about watching this 80-minute film, but essentially this is a little girls' film and the outrageously pink castle, the magical fashion show before the masked ball, and the fairy-tale wedding will make it a firm favorite for that audience. --Tracey Hogan
