Best Mascara Ever
I have used this mascara since was in high school -- my mom used it as i was a kid and still does. Inexpensive and quality mascara. My only problem is that if you don't close tightly it dries out quickly sometimes. You have the same problem.

I have always used this mascara,, I do find that it dries out faster than more expensive mascara,, but it Is still way worth the money,, It is still my favorite mascara,,. I havnt noticed it drying out because it had not been closed tightly enough,, but I will pay more attention to that now.. thanks for the question..
YES! This mascara is still among the top because it is inexpensive, but gives a good luck UNTIL it starts clumping. So you may end up discarding partially filled tubes because it is getting gunky. All in all, I still think you come out ahead.

Thanks -- I now know I am not the only one dealing with premature drying and clumping. I can still buy 5 of these vs one more expensive one.
