My name is Erin. This is my review of the Bissell Little Green Pro Heat tin cleaner for carpet. We bought this at Wal-Mart thinking that it will be a great product to have for animals but I've been really disappointed in it since we've had it. It comes with two different heads on it. One that's supposed to be a rotating head like a regular carpet cleaner and then this head right here which is supposed to be for scrubbing the carpet and it has something that sucks up all the wet ones. The problems that I found is that it doesn't soak up all the liquid on your carpet so it just leaves more to stick on to your carpet more dirt can make darker spot that what you have in the beginning. It's pretty easy to use however. It has the power on It has a spot right here for the formula that goes in it so it can clean your capet that you have to buy special which is very expensive and just another way for Bissell to get some more money out of you and then on this side here it has a spot where you lift up to take the spot off which keeps off the gross water. Another thing that I hate about this is as you can see it's just very very difficult to clean. You pretty much have to take the whole thing apart squirt water in there and wash it around and I did that probably five or six times and it's still not all the way to clean. It has a really long extension cord though so you can use it everywhere. I would not recommend this if you had children or animals because the thing is that the water sits there. They're going to track more dust more mud and dirt on there and make your spot even more darker than it was in the beginning [end of tape]
