Thanks for posting a review, but if you're going to do a 4.5 minute video, it would be great if you could actually use the machine. I can see all the parts on their website, and you don't need a video to sit and say you like it. I was hoping to see the

This video featured the standard Bowflex Revolution--not the Bowflex Revolution FT, which has far fewer features.

    Transcript of Video Review

Today I'm doing a review for the Bowflex revolution. You probably heard of Bowflex before and you probably saw the pictures of the older machines which had these big bows you know like a bone marrow to do the resistance and that's the way it will. In this one other resistance is in this little SPIRA flex technology weights. This is actually very light and what happens is you pick however much weight do you want and then you just put it on here and then they stick together so you can put as much as you want there and it comes with two hundred and twenty pounds of resistance and you can upgrade to over three hundred. So it's very easy. It's over hundred exercises you can do on this and then includes both upper body and lower body workouts. To switch - to switch the exercises is very simple. Basically have this arms and you just push this and this can go all the way up and this is firm like upper arm where you open on or you it can go down and then like this. This can actually go here so that you would you know set back on it. You would sit back here and pull out or you can have it down like it initially was. As you can see the scheme as you can see the change and this - this just check from that. So now you could - you could sit here and do the leg exercises. There's some strings on the bottom which actually predominant here and you would just take off this candles which are for amateur signs now easily. Just connect it there and then its connected to the back here and then you can get exercises. So this very versatile and it's very easy to use. The mud you see under here is actually an additional thing you have to purchase but I recommend that it looks nice with that way and then you know it gonna save exercise here. So over here somewhere that other accessory that comes with it. These are the weights so as you can see there's lot there. This - this one goes on the front there and that's for feet exercise they are fit for the leg exercised you put your feet here. This one is for - for the front there you could kind of pull down it's for all exercise and then there's this such as goes right here then smart for to the leg comes partially like big on this. I do recommend it. It is when you get it it comes in a million boxes so you prepared to get a wear your pea sky you know very busy to do it over to your front door and expect to spend this half a day setting up but it is worthy once you get it. It's very easy to use. I just start using it but it really feels like you're at the gym with - without the actual heavy weights that you have to deal with just have this flex SPIRA flex. You know I don't for the SPIRA flex weight so as I recall but the very light and it's very easy to use to change. You can do a full body workout and I definitely recommend it. So now do arms chest as in latest. It works everything just like in the gym that you don't have to hundred machines it's just really easy to change and take how very seconds to minutes to change to different exercise depending on how many parts to move but it is very simple and more things I recommend is they have a it comes with a DVD and had workout but also I recommend it's starts computer program where got customize it just for you. You know it taking all information by your self in pretty workups. So I definitely recommend the Bowflex probably you should.

The Bowflex Revolution FT home gym is a smooth, versatile, and compact piece of equipment in the Bowflex arsenal. The Revolution is distinguished by the company's SpiraFlex resistance technology, which provides a polished, consistent resistance through the entire range of motion--a principal ingredient in developing lean, strong muscles. The versatility of these lightweight interlocking plates lets you quickly and easily adjust the resistance on the Revolution from 10 to 200 pounds for upper body workouts (which can be upgraded to 280 pounds). The machine duplicates virtually every exercise from your local gym, with Freedom Arms that adjust 170 degrees to work muscles from various angles.
