And this does make maybe a cup and what you do is you put your seeds in here and then you just press this little knob down and it grinds it. Here I have some cheesy that's another thing I grind you probably can't see the tiny little seeds it certainly like little poppy seeds and what you do is you just pour bunch in here ____ maybe a couple of days. And then you just grind it by pressing this knob (Sound of grinder) that s it just kinda shake it so it all falls in there and then what you get is like a flower type consistency. And then I used this mix this up here with my oats or something or else you could use it in the smoothie. But you can get something like this it's really easy to clean I mean you can just use a paper towel and clean in here or you can run it under water washes easy it's really easy but you can get something like this at Hallmark or Target for under 20 dollars.
