Hello Tina here and I'm going to give you a review a video review of a Brother fax machine. I'm going to take you over a tour of the fax machine and give you the model number in just one moment. This is the Brother IntelliFAX 4100e as you can see. It has several different functions on the fax machine. You have over here you have your saved numbers so you don't have to key those in every time. You also have a handset if you want to choose to use the handset. It has a very nice display. You can also use this to copy if you just want to use it as a copier and not use it as a fax machine. Back in the back here you'll see you have your paper tray. This is where your paper is going to go in when you want to fax you information your documentation to the telephone number that you are faxing it to. Down here is where as you can see the papers come out and then down below you have here a paper tray. That's where your paper goes in. Load the paper there and basically what you do you take your paper and load it into the tray up here. We push your fax insert button or your copy button whichever you're going to do at that time and it's that simple and should go straight through. One of the down sides to this particular fax is that it is very loud so we tend to keep the ringer off on it. But other than that it's a heavy duty fax. It's a Brother IntelliFAX 4100e and it is a good fax for either home or office and it is commercial grade enough that it would work in your office if you need it to do that and I would definitely recommend it.
