This is a Canon Pixma iP 1800 Photo Printer. I think this is an excellent printer. It prints out great pictures plus it also prints out really good sharp black text. It comes with of course this software to install. It s an easy installation. You just go by the step-by-step instructions on the software. It also comes with this scrapbook plus workshop software and it comes with the Quick Start guide if you prefer to just use the booklet instructions. You just load the paper in here. It has a little place right here that you can just adjust to however the width of the paper or the photo paper and also it comes with this photo paper the glossy photo paper and I m not so sure I think this is a 5x7. It doesn t say on here but this is maybe a little bit smaller than a 5x7 but this is the paper that it comes with. It is a glossy paper and you just set the paper just slide the paper down like this and adjust this little lever here to the size of the paper and then the paper or the photo is gonna come out here at the bottom. This actually can print a borderless 4x6 photo and I guess this is what actually it s a 4x6 in about 70 seconds and it can create up to an 8.5x11 photo. That s the largest size that it can print out. It states it has a Chromalife of 100 systems for long lasting photos and it s a maximum of 4800x1200 color dpi. This is again I think this is an excellent jet printer whether you d like to print out photos or if you just use it for regular letters or things like that. Over here you ve got the power button that you would use and right here is where both of your ink cartridges would go. I don t currently have any in here but this is where the ink cartridges would go to go in at and again this is where you install the paper and it would come out at the bottom here so I think this is an excellent printer. I would suggest that again it s a Canon Pixma iP 1800 Photo Printer.
