Hi my name is Rojen today I'm reviewing the Canon Power Shot SD550 just a light of camera. I have this sense maze so it's been around 7 to 8 months since I have this camera and I have used it a lot after and I've been taking more than 2000 pictures about 200 videos out of it so I can actually give a very detailed review about it so let's get started. It's a 7.1 mega pixel camera where you like with it can easily come inside of pocket maybe a jeans pocket pant pockets shirt pockets anywhere. So it comes with this Lee category it has a steel black edition things of the people who thought that the small camera is kind of vibrator shake when you take a picture. This one takes care of that it has that stabilization thing so that's the great thing. Another great thing is that let's get started is the resonant this thing comes out. It has an optical zoom of 3X resistance of the wax that started now a days on cameras it has 5 modules the automatic manual there's special for night settings for fireworks for beaches for the light you know different kinds of events that you wanna take pictures for. There's a video mode and actually the video works very very well. I've had a lot of cam corders but to tell you the truth if you take -- see the quality of these pictures -- the video that this takes it surpasses the video camera quality when it's in the room of course it doesn't have those zooms to go like cross on the mountain or across the river and take those pictures but if as long as you're in a close range the video quality of this is great. I've used this many times it has what very very rough. What else this has -- this is the manual kind of thing it has all the functions such as you know the flash settings and the single shoot the self-timers there's special self-timer that you can put it on continuous self-timer that every 10 seconds it will take pictures until you go back and stop it. As you saw the power display when off because I wasn't using it so that's the power saving more than you can just press this display and it will come back again. The menu has a lot of options such as you can you know the wises are when you press these buttons you can put it on you can -- if you wanna use the distance you can use that otherwise you can just keep things of and here. Let's go here it has this view finder and this -- it has a very wide screen so it's very easy to see things in fact I can easily see that you know you can see my face here it's so clear it's so big. The other ones are used to really really really small and hard to see things but it's very easy and true to this camera. This camera takes SD cards which goes in here. Here's the batteries so for the batteries just take this out and the battery comes off the battery charger comes with external zoom so you cannot plug into this camera to charge you have to take out the battery to charge that thing so you wanna consider that when you wanna buy this. The SD card goes in here you can just press it and comes out after you put the 2G card in it. It's -- this cards are really cheap now a days so you know just get the the 2G or the 4G or just forget about the memory space problem even the battery lasts a long time of like it takes a 120 pictures and it didn't get discharged so that's the good thing. The eerie features is that you know it has this eerie thing you can plug in directly to a TV or to a cam corder or you can easily plug it into a computer. I just plug -- I have SD card everyday in my computer so I just plug and take out my SD card and put it in the computer and just use it that way it's a very nice product love it the video colored quality is lovely the speed up which it functions the shutter speed and everything. This customized the lens and it's a very very very beautiful camera. I would really give five out of five it's really worth it again it's the SD550 Canon Power Shot Camera the digital elf series and my name is Rojen and I give five out of five with this camera on expo TV.
