Hi you're now watching Richard reviewing the Canon ZR60. This is camcorder that uses the DV technology the DV tapes. Now what that is this ____ right here hold on you can record about 60 minutes up to 120 on some types of tapes. Now I prefer this over the new type media called the DVD many DVD RW. The reason why is price because though it's nice to have it _____ putting your DVD playing your movies right away you still have to transfer to your computer edit them and put them in a presentation. The DVD tape you can do that and easily transfer it to a computer and convert them into a DV format computer format any format you want and it just depends on how long you're recording and what kind of __ do you want. So that's what I like for DV tapes over many DVDRW. It has a LCD screen right here so you can view what you're recording you can also take photos with this I'm not sure how many mega pixels but it's pretty good. Now it claims it has 360X zoom and 9.5 hour battery life to me that is pretty much VS. I doubt is 360X but you can zoom in a lot with this camera. I don't really coz I can't measure but it does zoom in pretty far but I really doubt 360X and 9.5 hour life is pwaa Right now I got an hour and half and max with a fully charged battery which is right here. Now I did have this camcorder for about 2 years now so I guess the battery has degraded but it cannot degrade drop at least 7 hours in 2 years which I think is ridiculous. And all I think all I recommend is getting a case with this Canon ZR60 and it's really good you can shoot during the day and it also has a night mode so you can just try the brightness you can see what's in the dark and I do recommend this camcorder and it is worth much 200 dollars now and I'm Richard Cheng.
