Today I m gonna do a review on the Char-Broil Performance Series Gas Grill. As you can see I m actually using it currently as we speak. It comes with three cast iron grills that go on the top. We also have four burners. If you look down here you can go ahead and see that. You have your electric ignition. You ve got two counters to put stuff on. One of the other features I like about it also is you got three little built-in hooks so you can go and hang your utensils on it many settings to put the grill on anywhere from just a low grill and it tells you Low Grill all the way up to Searing. The nice thing about Searing is if you just wanna sear a little bit of meat it s a lot easier to do than trying to mess with it in your oven or anything else like that. One of the other nice features I like about this is it also has one additional side burner. Just slide on the side just like we did before. It lights right up with the electric ignition. A very large space to cook on. You have approximately 480 square cooking inches to actually cook your food on. As you can see underneath it s also very big. You got your two wheels in case you need to move it around. You got a little cover in the front to hide your propane tank also underneath. You have a grease trap that you can remove and also the thing I like that s really handy is there s also another trap so when you re cooking and all that food and crap falls down underneath you can go ahead and pull it out and empty out all that extra stuff so it s not just sitting down there. You can get something like this at Home Depot homedepot.com. You can get it worldwide. You re looking at probably right around $250 to $300. For most models you can upgrade. It is the Performance Series so there are many different ones to go with it. You also have your temperature gauge on the top which also helps keep track of how you re cooking your meat. I d highly suggest buying this for anybody out there who s looking for a new grill.
