Create-A-Player feature available?

I was wondering if this game still had the Create-A-Player feature available like the old NBA games had? I always enjoyed making my own player.

Not that I am aware of. I am still very new to this game, but I have not seen this. Generally, you are playing as the whole team and switch between that teams players when necessary. You can play as dozens of famous players that are now retired.

There is a 24/7 game mode, where you create a player and take him to the streets for some street ball. You can get him better and better as you play. Not sure if you can put him on an NBA team though and get him to play in the regular modes. But you can definitely play with your created player in 24/7 mode.
