I ve actually use these for an amount of time. And you know I did have to stop because for sometime because the strips do cause your teeth sometimes to be a little bit more sensitive. And you know that s just one little problem with that. You know I don t like as well as the taste of the gel which you know you can t really you know get away from but you know after using it I m pretty satisfied. I do notice that my teeth are whiter. And you know toothpaste and something you know does help it as well. You know jus keeping your teeth white but from easy for easy and pretty inexpensive the way to whiten your teeth.
