Now I have used it a couple of times although I highly recommend them. If you have really sensitive teeth this might not be the best product for you because as you do it twice a day for 7 days your teeth get increasingly more sensitive. And you do this twice a day. So if you re constantly on a go it might be hard to fit in twice a day but it says you can even bump it down to once a day and do it for double the time. But I have great results. It last up to a year and it has my teeth visibly whiter for a long time. And I would recommend to anybody. And it runs about 20 to 25 dollars per pack. So be careful with that it s kind of weird to have. It s like a thin filmy sheet of paper or not paper but like a plastic film over your teeth for half hour at the time.
