Despite that the Cross Crunch LOOKS good on TV, looks can be very deceiving.

I'm here today with another decently helpful review. The product now is called a Cross Crunch. It's one of those as seen on TV type of things. Basically the way it works is that you set it to the side and you're supposed to hold it close to your chest and slowly go down until you crunch, making sure to use all of your ab muscles. It's supposed to take two to three seconds each way and you do 12 crunches on each side. When I first pulled it out of the box I was getting so excited, although when I finally got it I couldn't believe how amazingly cheap it was. It's very flimsy. It looks like it's metal on the TV but it's definitely plastic. It looks like it's about to break after two days work and it comes with two weights. A 50 pound weight that's already in here and a 75 pound weight which is supposed to get, make it a little bit easier and maybe tone up your abs a little bit more. But with the 50-pound weight I don't feel anything at all even after 12 and 13 and so on. So, overall I don't recommend it if you just want something cheap and fun okay but if you want something serious and you really want to tone your abs don't get this. Spend your money on something you can actually see and maybe try before hand so you don't get something as cheap as this.
