Hi I m reviewing the Cuisinart 14-Cup Food Processor. This is a very nice machine. It s a processor obviously. It s got on you can just turn it on and have it run continuously or with a pulse mode where as long as you push the button it ll be running. It comes with a whole bunch of accessories with it lots of blades as I reach into this pot of sharpness. It s for slicing thin ridges more like grating cheeses the extension so you can have them running up near the top as you feed things down to the chute blades we have the kind of dull or chopping blades pretty much anything. Also they threw in this great scraper for free. Anything you could imagine you d want with a food processor they got it. The lid has screws on top so you can push things down inside. It s very nice lots of power lots of room pretty much anything you can want in a kitchen appliance. Luckily it folds down so it stores fairly well. You can kind of turn this upside down. You can get a blade rack or as I do you could just kind of store everything inside and it fits nicely and it cuts so well without taking up too much room. The finish although it s black and shiny it cleans up pretty well. It doesn t show the grunge and grime of daily cooking so you can still keep it looking fairly professional and it looks nice being out and around in your kitchen. It s something you can display proudly and people will think that you re a really good chef just by looking at what you have and that is invaluable so great food processor highly recommended.

A perfect gift for new homemakers, the food processor has become an integral part of modern cooking, speeding up a multitude of processes, including kneading dough; slicing; chopping; shredding cheese, vegetables, and meat; mincing garlic and parsley; mixing batters; and emulsifying mayonnaise....
