Hi. I'm Erin and this is a review of the Cuisinart MiniPrep Processor. This product can be bought at most major kitchen outlets and stores. It retails for anywhere between $39.00 - $19.99. I paid $19.99 for it and I love this thing. It has a big motor, which makes it very powerful. It can chop anything and it does it almost instantaneously. The grind button can be used to grind fresh coffee; and my husband uses it for that all the time, and it works great. The chop button can be used to chop almost anything - peppers, onions, garlic. Any recipe that you are using where you have to chop something, this is quicker than doing it by hand. It has one blade. The top comes off easily and goes back on equally easy. Because it only has two buttons, it is really very easy to use; but it is such a useful thing to keep on your counter top, I never even put it away. I keep it on the counter top all the time. I would give this product five out of five stars. Thank you.
