It easy too eat using the spoon and you scoop and eat. It is definitely one of the taste your yogurt products and also very, very popular in stores. You can find it in any store, which are very popular. They are an established brand you know to be in business according to this since 1842 and this vanilla flavor has the taste of vanilla but also the taste of yogurt so you get both you know the good taste of yogurt and vanilla combined which makes for a really nice snack. So overall I really recommend this product it is only 150 calories and it is really for a sizable snack. This actually weighs quite a bit. This does have a lot of yogurt in it so it makes for a decent snack.
