The review on the Power Belt by Denise Austin. This is an exercise belt. It's for like belt work in on your arms and stuff. The belt basically you take in around the waist and then on each side you got this snap on and off on attention disc. You can do right attention where you do your arms and stuff and everything. And then also if you wanna look at more sense you get another disc recess on this and snaps in and they will not makes it more resistant. That way you got one of each side that way you can get a work low form. It's a neat concept with all the different workup fads that is around about today.
