Ditgital readout problems.

I have had my Image 15.5S for 2 years. I just use it in the winter. I usually run outside in good weather. For the last year my treadmill's hasn't worked right. The readout and buttons won't work unless you get the fan running. I got the blowdryer out and blew at the blades til they spun, hit the fan button and the fan started. Then all the other buttons worked . Any one got any ideas?
