Do you find any issue with the Slim Sony Playstation 2 having dust issues when you insert a memory card? Whenever I put the memory card into the console it can't read it due to the dust the Playstation 2 collects.

We have not found this to be an issue with this. My boys do blow any dust away from the card before they insert it. But it has never not worked.

I've never had dust problems with any of my consoles. If I were you, I'd buy one of the cans of air and regularly clean the console with it, blowing away any dust. Maybe even buy a cloth or some other kind of cover to put over the console.

Hope that helps.
