Does the Cuisinart ICE-20 1-1/2-Quart Automatic Ice Cream handle multiple ingredients when making icecream such as chocolate chip cookie dough icecream or using real strawberries with strawberry icecream?

Yes you can add those item in but the manual suggests using small cut up pieces (about the size of a chocolate chip) and adding them in during the last 5 mintues so they don't interfere with the freezing process.
