Does the Evenflo Snugli Front & Back Pack Soft Carrier strain your back at all or is it a pretty comfortable baby carrier?

I used this up until my child was about 15 pounds and didn't notice too much back strain, I think it's designed to distribute the weight in a way that isn't too strenuous.
