Yes, but after a lot of trial and error, I seem to have figured out how to cure it. The camera has some sort of "Low Light" mode that is set to auto by default. For whatever reason when the camera is trying to compensate for low light levels, the audio and video get out of sync. If you turn this auto option off, or increase the lighting in the room the problem goes away and it works perfectly.
