No, the Herbal Essences Body Envy Shampoo would add more volume to your perm...maybe you should try the Dangerously Straight Herbal Essences. It might make your hair sleeker.

No it will not. Shampoo of any type will only relax a perm between the first 72 hours of having a perm. Talk to your stylist to see what they would recommend.
