I love the NordicTrack Elite 4200 because it has an endless amount of custom workouts to choose from, as well 12 preprogrammed workouts which you can customize to your liking. My favorite part of the machine is the 7" flatscreen tv moniter in the middle of the control consol. The television screen can run off of a cable television input, and it also has a headphone jack for running a music player of sorts. I use my ipod through the sound system speakers while i run. Also there is a fan cooling system built into the main interface. This treadmill is the best I have ever owned.
