Even though you stopped early, did you see any improvement at all in jumping or running (somewhere else I read it is supposed to help with running too)? Thanks!

The program would probably help with sprinting. I saw a slight improvement but it's interesting to note that your jumping can actually decrease early on because of muscle fatigue.

I thinki it's an OK program but as a casual weekend athlete I simply couldn't devote the necessary time.
