This is my review of Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly for the Xbox gaming system. As you can see, it's the director's cut and I'm loading an older game so that you can basically see some of the new additions to the Xbox. If you're really familiar with the original Fatal Frame, then Fatal Frame II doesn't deviate much from that format. It's -- if it isn't broke, why fix it, you know. The Fatal Frame II was created by Techmo, but more importantly, by the team behind the Deception series on the PlayStation. As you can see this is the setup. Some additional features are included on the Xbox once you complete the game. You've got a Survival mode, a Mission mode, additional costumes, additional galleries and a shop as well where you can buy additional film and stuff like that. I'm going to start playing the game so that you can get a better idea of what the game looks like. Graphic-wise it's a lot better than the Xbox -- sorry about that -- than the PlayStation 2 version, a lot less grainier. This is your main protagonist Mio. -- All right, she is running, she is running and basically, -- the game system is based on the use of a camera and the belief that a camera can capture a spirit or someone's soul. Here you're going to see the use of the camera. She just captured a spirit. -- 474 points. And sometimes spirits drop irons, so we're going to see a little bit of cinema. But I'm going to skip mainly through this so that you can get a better view for the game. Basically her and her sister are more walking through a forest and unknown to them that's where the old gods of village disappear and if you get lost in there -- in the forest, then basically you have to fight your way out. She is looking for her sister who is somewhat possessed by the evil forces inside that house and the village itself. Assuming I run through this very quickly, you can actually see one of the ghost balance. I'm trying. Let's see. -- Basically she just unlocked the door and hopefully I could hurry up. Come one, come on, come on, and let me see. Run, run, you're going to see some cinema. But there is no real time for that, so we're just going to run through here. Do you see that filament? The way it glows and then it can turn around and it stops. That basically means that the game wants you to -- you see that? That means there is something there that you should take a notice of. And basically Fatal Frame is terrific game. It has a little bit of everything. A little bit of Japanese -- a Japanese horror film feel to it. It's a fantastic game graphic-wise, story-wise, everything-wise and here's one of the ghosts that you fight in this game. Let me turn around here. And I highly recommend this game. It's Fatal Frame II for the Xbox gaming system.
