This is a great inexpensive booster that can be used with or without the back. The best part is that it expands to go wider for bigger kids or narrower to fit the skinnier kids better.

Baby safety is one of the utmost importance but when they are not babies anymore and you time to wean them out of the gargantuan tanks that are baby seats it is time to find a good booster and this one is a nice booster. It is a Fisher-Price FP Sport Booster Seat. Booster seats are nice because first off they are cheaper because there is less mechanics and certifications required for it and they last a long long time. This one like I said is the Fisher-Price FP Sport it has simple instructions right here to show how you are supposed to put your children in it. Booster seat without the backrest and with the backrest and what that basically means is this backrest here feels like it is very flimsily on because it pretty much is. It is just a couple of basic hooks on the back and so when the kids get older this pops off and then it is just a standard booster seat without the backrest. I cannot remember the break-off but you are supposed to keep the backrest on until the child is oh there it is right there. Child is too tall when shoulders are above the vehicle belt guide or clip top of ears or above the top of the anyway. Basically this back can go up and down it adjusts up and down and basically when this goes all the way up and the top of the ears are above this it is time to take off the backrest. Easy way to figure it out. So it is just a slide up and down and this is a little place to hold your shoulder belt to kind of keep it in place and you can adjust it. It is pretty simple. Basically the premise behind this is that you can fit it on either the right or left hand side of the car. You put the shoulder belt here and the left belt goes underneath here and it goes across and you buckle it in underneath the armrest and then your child is nice and secure in the booster seat. So it is a very simple operation. It is nice and sturdy it is designed for children who are 39 to 57 inches tall and they are supposed to be close to 40 pounds before they start using this and getting out of their baby seat. So my child is now in this and he absolutely loves his booster seat because he can buckle and unbuckle himself very easily in it and so he is very excited about that. It is nice and sturdy and we got it on sale I think normal MSRP is $60-$70 and we got it for like 50 off which was fantastic. So if you are looking for a booster seat check out the Fisher-Price FP Sport because it is nice it is not too expensive and it will keep your child safe.
