Hi you're looking at my Fluidity Bar. The Fluidity Bar is an exercise bar. It's like a ballet bar in some ways. This Fluidity Bar folds up for easy storage. It's a little bit heavy so it's not the easiest to fold up. It comes with several DVDs. It comes with three actually. There is --but I don't think you can see that -- there is a Beginner an Intermediate and an Advanced DVD that comes with the set. It also comes with an exercise ball a small exercise ball and it comes with two resistance bands. The resistance bands and the exercise ball are for use after you've gotten used to using the Fluidity Bar and you've gotten into a little bit more Intermediate. The Fluidity Bar itself I ordered it off of a TV infomercial and it was about $200 and it came by UPS so it came in to my door. I didn't have to pick it up. The Fluidity Bar does fold down for easy storage. You can slide it under your bed. It's a little bit tricky to put it up to get it going but once you learn to do it and once you've done it several times it's much easier. If you do it along with the DVD on each of the DVDs there are three people using the Fluidity Bar for various levels of Beginning Intermediate and Expert doing it within the video so you have three people and you have three videos so you have a constantly changing workout. It's very easy to do. There is not a lot of movement but it's tough. It's not the easiest exercise that I have done but that means that it works well. You don't have to jump around. You're not running all over the place but it gives you a good solid workout. It works out every part of your body and if you stay with it and do it at least three times a week you will see results in a relatively short time. So it was a good purchase and it's a good thing to do between cardio work.

I have a small apartment and I was wondering if the Fluidity Bar compact enough to keep and use in a studio size apartment?
I wanted to find out if kids use the Fluidity Bar or is it just for adults?
