This is my review of my GE side-by-side fridge. The reason why I got this fridge because it has a stainless-steel finish to it also with black handles and a black tip for water and ice. And so it matches with the rest of my black appliances. And also since it is a GE it is a good product. If you are considering buying a refrigerator of this nature I would strongly advice against it. Number one because it doesn t cool consistently in the refrigeration side and the freezer side. It doesn t matter what you have these particular knobs turn on the freezer sometimes will freezer food to the point burning freezer burning it. And then sometimes it will just you know will be regularly cold like it is right now. The ice maker pretty much hasn t worked ever since we got the fridge. It had to be repaired a couple of times. And the ice makes you can hear it right now it makes this typically this loud noise. And it says that it is has extra capacity for the ice maker. But it is almost as if there is not a very good built in shut off valve. So all in all I was really unhappy with this refrigerator and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone.
