Hi I'm Chris This is a review of Gaiam's cotton dark blue yoga strap. What this is is it just looks like an ordinary strap. But in actuality what it is is a yoga tool. Aside from you can use this to carry your yoga mat around. That's why I got the dark blue because it matches my yoga mat. You can also use this as a yoga tool. The way you do that is you just thread through this buckle right here at the end. You thread the strap right through there. It's very easy; it's a nice big buckle that you can hold on to. Once it's threaded there's little teeth on the underside of the buckle that hold it very securely. You use this for stretching exercises that you might not otherwise be able to reach. I'll show you what I mean. Like you want to stretch your hamstrings you just put your foot through the strap like that. And then you can use this to stretch your hamstring like that. You can do it in a way that you might otherwise not be able to reach. Some people have trouble reaching their feet like that; and so it's very easy to just put your foot through it like that. And then you can use it to stretch out. You don't have to use this for yoga; but you can use this as a stretch tool for any sort of sports workout. It's really compact. Especially if you use it to carry your yoga mat; it rolls right around. Completely adjustable; it gets smaller very easily. You see you just pull on that and it's nice and small. It's a great tool to have in your yoga accessory package. I use it to stretch out before games and things like that. Or you can also use it for yoga. It's very handy and very inexpensive.
