I'm reviewing the Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP, I've had this for about two years now and I really like it. One of the things that initially attracted me to it was the old school controller feature, kind of is reminiscent of the first Nintendo with the two buttons and then the directional pad and then the two buttons here.It's got a speaker right in the centre here so you don't have to worry about covering it up with the back of your hand. It charges up very nicely you just plug it in, you can plug it in overnight and then it holds the charge for a good couple hours. So for a long road trip or something it's very helpful. It does have left and right buttons as well so a lot of games, especially driving games you can swerve to your right or the left very easily with those. As far as the screen is concerned it's very sharp. It does get dark very easily that's been one of the things I have difficulty seeing it, but it does have backlight features so I've had to use that quite a lot, but that does tend to drain the battery life so I try not to use that quite as much. It is powered with all Game Boy Advance games and you can play with other Game Boy Advance if you connect them. One of the downfalls however is you can't play with Game Boy DS, so if you know someone with DS even if they're playing a Game Boy game you can't play with that, so that's been one disappointment. But you can also, in addition, just plug it in to a Game Cube and plug it in and play certain games one of the big screen so that's been very good. So overall I've been really happy with it and again it's very small and compact, it kind of looks like a little compact so you can keep in your purse or something, so very fun.
