Here I have a little pump. It is Garnier Fructis. It is the long and strong kind. This is actually a leaven treatment. And it helps with split ends. Now I have pretty long hair. That is why I picked it up. And I haven t trimmed my hair for about two and a half years. And that is why I was looking for this because I wanted to keep my hair really really looking nice It does help. The only downside is that it is such a small bottle. And it is usually around $5. But I honestly will use this once or twice a week. It just so leavens split end treatment. And I put it when my hair is wet before I blow dry it and after shampooing and conditioning. It helps I can tell. It helps when I brushed my hair. It just helps it when you would brush normally. It would cause split ends. I just noticed that the split ends in my hair decreasing. I recommend Garnier Fructis Long and Strong Leaven.
