How many hours a day do people recommend to spend using the Gazelle Freestyle to get a good work out?

It only takes 45 mins..get the DVD/Tape from Tony as well..

Workout in the morning, without any food intake,but plenty of WATER...little plain COFFEE...

depends on your goal.. 3-7 days a week...is sufficient enough..

Dieting is very important too..

stay motivated...
