This is a really great guitar. I have had this guitar for over a year now. This is the 76 re-issue of the model. As you can tell of course is a great shaped guitar. The great thing about it is of course the sound and quality. It is a great guitar to play at standing up and also sitting down as you can tell I'm comfortably sitting with it. Compared to all other Gibson guitar this is all one piece of wood. The neck comes through the body and the one piece and of course it comes with spa Gibson double ham buckers and comes with a very sporty bridge. It usually retails about $1600 but I think I picked this at around for about $1150. It usually depends on which music vendor you pick it up at and you will have better prices than the actual retail price from the guitar. I definitely recommend this guitar for anyone who is even starting or even someone who has been playing for a while. It is just a great guitar. I wouldn't take anything for it.
