You got your bench press right here and you can set the incline to the bench which is pretty nice so you can do incline or decline. And you can set the towers themselves so whatever height in it so that you can get to the bar easily without stretching too far out. And these towers actually they pulled up high enough to where you can use them as a [inaudible]. That actually pull up and turn around and you set the bar on the other side and you pull this you pull the seat up so it's not in your way and then you've got yourself a scrap tower basically. And you've got rocks on the back here where you can set your weights on. I just kind of throw them on the floor but it's whatever and it's a pretty sturdy machine. And every side you've got your leg machine. You can lie down here on the bench figure like sit here workout here workout your hamstrings workout your thighs everything like that. And then up here you've got biceps curls. You just get up on here grab the you grab the handles form back and circling a biceps. Yeah it's pretty nice machine. It's pretty affordable compared to other weightlifting machines like the buff and stuff like that. So I would recommend.
